How I work with Dialogue

Elisabeth Razesberger – Professional DialogueDialogue is a facilitated conversation which provides a simple and effective format to establish common ground and practice thinking together. In a Dialogue setting, clear guidelines allow all perspectives to be heard and understood. It is an effective format for multi-stakeholder issues and cross cultural working together. Dialogue generates engagement, alignment and strategic reflection. Dialogue is also an accessible way to address concerns and to uncover underlying issues.

My online dialogue work started at the beginning of the pandemic and provided a lifeline and continuous work. Now it remains and an effective way to maintain exchange with people based in different countries while saving travel costs and operating from the safety and comfort of our homes. .

Peacebuilding Dialogue

Peacebuilding happens through dialogue. The Global Dialogue Collective (GDC) regularly organises dialogue meetings to think together about peacebuilding. This article is about what I found happening in such meetings and what you might take away from hearing other peoples’ perspectives.
